Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to get your Western gear to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

We ship via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but exclude some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Western gear is exactly what you wanted.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags still attached
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and hygiene of our specialized Western items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Call Collection items (as these are clearance products)
  • Hats from “The Hat Shop” (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any items that have been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been used

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. 1 Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. 2 Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. 3 Package Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packaging and all tags.
  4. 4 Ship Your Return: Mail your package to the address provided in your authorization email. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number on your package.
  5. 5 Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund. The timing of when you’ll see the credit depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you selected free shipping on an order over $50, we’ll deduct the standard shipping fee ($12.95) from your refund.

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more than your original purchase, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
